Current Gig: Audrey is currently a Production Supervisor with the
Brooklyn Academy of Music , in Brooklyn, New York.
A recipient of the National Arts Council (Singapore)'s Professional Arts Scholarship Audrey Hoo completed her Master of Fine Arts in Technical Direction at the North Carolina School of the Arts.
Audrey's recent Production Management credits at BAM include Bridge Project I (Cherry Orchard, Winter's Tale) and Bridge II (As You Like It, Tempest) Directed by Sam Mendes, Endgame (John Tuturro, Elaine Stritch, Alvin Epstein, Max Casella) , Paul Simon's Capeman, James Theirre's Au Revoir Parapluie, Thalia Theater's Lulu and Batsheva Dance Company's Three.Her other U.S credits include the Weston Playhouse Theatre Company (2006) as Production Manager, Williamstown Theatre Festival (2005) as Assistant Production Manager, and at the Santa Fe Opera (2004)
as Assistant Stage Supervisor.
Before coming to the U.S , Audrey had an active career in the Singapore Arts scene, working with several Singapore
based arts companies - Esplanade, Theatres on the Bay as Production Coordinator, The Necessary Stage as Production Manager and Theatreworks (Singapore) Ltd, as Assistant to the Managing Director. She was also key in formulating the birth of the Technical Theatre
Association of Singapore.
Audrey completed her Bachelor of Arts (with Merit) in Theatre Studies and Sociology at the National University of Singapore.
